panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18685 Posts	Posted 09/29/2020 09:11 am the average 99(S) are above average in strike and this one would come in short of that due to the ear area and breast. even though we are looking at an AU coin here it would not have that much wear in those areas. I would put the eye appeal at AVG- also due to the surface mottling on the reverse. other than those I dont see any other issues that would affect grade or originality. although these deficiencies wont affect grade that much they would lower the value.
