Thinking maybe VF-30? What's going on at the obverse rim K9-10? Corrosion?

Glare makes it difficult to judge hair detail. Leaning towards XF-40, no worse than 35.

My call would be VF-35+ ,but I'm not thrilled about the roughness of entire coin .

could be as high as XF40. resub better photos without graininess
