I have to go for fake. Several details don't look right: The portrait itself is a bit "chubby", the necklace is wrong, the inscription ends far into the bust. On the reverse, St George and the apple do not look right.

I am thinking it may be genuine. Can you please post a photo of the edge?

Remember that this is struck back in 1732 and the minting technology wasn't the greatest back then. Anna rubles are not well researched for varieties

Hi! Just two comments:

First, there seems to be something on your coin at 12' o clock on the obverse above Anna's crown. I'm sorry but I fail to see what it actually is in the pictures. Maybe it's only some dirt... but watch out for any kind of repairs or damage.

Second, here's a perfect die match sample (obverse & reverse). It auctioned a couple of months ago in the czech republic:

I would say your coin looks fine to me in the pictures, but sadly pictures are usually not enough to confirm authenticity.
