Hey guys! Found an interesting mount hood 2010 quarter. Its collar is slightly to big above the mount hood lettering and under quarter dollar the other side. Also looks like there is doubling on the 2, 0, and part of the mountain. Like to know what you guy think, and maybe its worth. Thank you.

I'm not sure what you are looking at. On the devices on the outside edge of the coin, they are incuse. (below the fields) So any contact mark on that area, will leave incuse scratches on the rim. A line that appears to look like it flows behind the devices are just damage to the coin. When the damage is deeper, then it alters the devices itself. Same thing on the VDB on the Shield cents:

Note as the depth gets deeper, then it affects the deeper incuse devices.

to the CCF!

I'm not seeing any doubling on the coin.

The term Partial Collar on an error coin refers to the reeded edge, not the devices on the face of the coin. When a coin has this error, the reeding will be incomplete with an area of smooth metal on the edge. If you are referring to the rim being slightly larger than the opposite rim, that might be a slightly misaligned die.

This coin looks like a spender to me, but keep looking and posting when something looks off.
