It could have been a "Cup Holder Coin." The lower part was covered by another coin that protected the luster of that section. Acids from soft-drinks and moisture from condensation caused the exposed top of the coin to haze and discolor. (Just a guess.)

Yes Large date...photos 2 and 3 I believe you are trying to show us a fingerprint and in photo 4 looks like some unknown staining/toning. Maybe from being in a fountain and partly covered by another coin Edited: @ Yokozuna, you type faster than me...

Can you be a bit more specific describing what you are seeing Im guessing its the south/southwest quarter of the obverse? Maybe because it is shinier than the rest? If so it appears to be post mint damage. Looks like it may have been partially cleaned thus accounting for the shinier look. Maybe environmental damage?
Sorry this feedback was not more precise, but I can only work with what is given.
That is why, when posting, clear cropped photos of front and back along with a close up of area in question, accompanied with a decent attempt to describe what you are seeing is necessary. The better your pics and description are, the more accurate the feedback you are likely to receive.

Yours is a large date. For your future reference: Your coin looks to be environmentally stained/tarnished. Spend it and keep searching!

I agree with @yoko that there was another coin resting on this one while it was exposed to the environment. Could be a car cup holder or even a fountain.

@Greasy Fingers Not that it changes anything, but I don't think we're seeing a fingerprint on this coin. It looks more like a digital artifact from taking a picture of the monitor image, related to a video phenomena called a Moire pattern. (Yes, I am a mega-nerd.) @Lemonlime It's always best to take pictures of the coin, not the monitor. Keep working on taking direct shots of the coin.
