I'll say a solid EF - possibly EF-45? Excellent detail on both the obverse and reverse. Is that a a wee bit of mint lustre? Thinking in the halo on the reverse and some of the devices on the obverse....

Wear looks more obvious than it actually is, due to some cameo thinning of the patina. However wear has occurred on this coin in 2 stages, with the first stage wear under the original patina.

I agree:
EF-45.
