I see some thickness and the bottom of the 2 & 1 have notching. There might be MD as well.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

It's not a doubled die. Machine Doubling on incuse designs looks like this. When the die shifts it creates a slightly larger letter or number.

I did a survey on 100 random examples of the ATB Quarters. 70% of the time they show slight to strong Machine Doubling. It is enlarged because the devices are incuse. slight Machine Doubling creates an enlargement of the devices. (Just the opposite for raised devices. Machine doubles then raised one by reducing them) The real area to look for doubled dies is on the central areas of the design on both side of the States and ATM quarters. (Obverse Earlobes and central Motto devices, Reverses in the center area of the design. Check doubleddie.com for what to look for on these designs.
