1968-S Jefferson Nickel Clash? - Coin Community Forum

Comfort Numb Valued Member United States 126 Posts	Posted 10/08/2020 9:23 pm This 1968S Jefferson nickel looks like a die clash to me. Like the impression of his face is on reverse. Any thoughts? Something else is why wasn't this noted on the slab by NGC? Or maybe they don't look for other issues unless ask or payed to. I haven't submitted any coins so not sure how it works. You can use this to locate all of the clash marks on your coin. It's really interesting that the clash on the obverse seem to have a lot of rotation in reference to the reverse. The reverse clash doesn't show the same rotation, but is slightly misaligned. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T!
