1968-S Jefferson Nickel Clash?

This 1968S Jefferson nickel looks like a die clash to me. Like the impression of his face is on reverse. Any thoughts? Something else is why wasn't this noted on the slab by NGC? Or maybe they don't look for other issues unless ask or payed to. I haven't submitted any coins so not sure how it works.

Nice clash!

Here's an overlay of a Jefferson nickel. You can use this to locate all of the clash marks on your coin.

It's really interesting that the clash on the obverse seem to have a lot of rotation in reference to the reverse. The reverse clash doesn't show the same rotation, but is slightly misaligned.

What do you mean the entire slab? What are you looking for in particular so I can get the right picture. Interesting Yokozuna I didn't notice the rotation issue, but I will check it later and take picture of the slab when I get back home.

That is a nice clash. I believe NGC doesn't note things like this on the slab unless requested.

I would call this a medium clash. I've seen a monster clash before:
