I got this in change as a nickel. Can anyone identify it at to year, denomination & country?

Oriole beats me to it! & Yes, that is correct.

You can look up the year on Numista on Thai one baht. The year is on the reverse above the huge Thai number for one before small digit of 1 in our numbers.

Yes, it is 2004 as NumisRob says. In their year, it is written as 2547.
