Can't really see any details. The pictures are to small. From here? Maybe F-12. A lot of chatter marks/hits.

Thanks all. Learning every time I post! So sounds like this coin was cleaned at some point in time then allowed to retone or artificially retoned?
I will chalk this up to an $8 auction buy learning experience.
