I'm almost certain this is a 1858. Should I clean it (dip)to find out to be sure? First coin pic is mine. I found these other 2 coins on e-bay The 2nd picture is one that is graded F-12. It looks G-VG to me. The third pict is what F-12 should look like.IMO

Hi, nice coin, imagine 150+ years old and still around! I compared it to my 1858, 5c, MS-63 and it looks to be a "small" date 1858. The digits are widely spaced and smaller than the large date. Nice coin by the way!

At this grade it's worth appr. $10-$15.00 Can. I wouldn't retire from work just yet!

I took a close look, and I think the obscured digit is a 5
