Today there was a completed sale of a ICCS MS-66 1965 Canada 50 cent piece for $164 on ebay. I am curious of opinions as to whether this coin was a bargain.
I don't know how to post a ebay auction link, but the coin can be seen in the completed listings from October 13th.
Anyone who can assist by posting the link, this would be much appreciated.

Thank you and looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Here it is : https://www.ebay.ca/itm/383753686394

I saw it too, but the scan was horrible, so Its hard to know if the coin is truly ms-66, I bought a 1967 1$ ICCS ms-66 from that seller (I think it was him) and I was relatively disapointed by how baggy it was for a ms-66... at 164$ if the coin is clearly better than a typical ms-65 its a really good price, but I don't trust ICCS anymore to buy such a "grade rarity" whitout seeing the coin in hand.

I remarqued there is a lot more ms-66 1$ and 50c from 1965-1967 recently graded by ICCS on ebay...

It is hard to tell from the photo, but the Queen's neck does not look like an MS66 to me.
