2006 D found with oddly placed eye gouge? or possibly? what do you think? Found a number of these all the same. the gouge' is raised'. thanks for looking and happy hunting .

Very nice. That's exactly what it looks like is a die gouge. I have one similar to that on an Indian Head cent that is under the eye.
