coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/20/2020 11:54 am It that firmly attached to the face of the coin. To me it seems like a struck through that folded over the rim area. Looks like a fingernail would make it rise. If this were a Cud, the Cud would be raised a lot higher than the rest of the rim area: Note on the opposite side, you would see a weakness there. (reverse at 12:00-1:30) The reverse looks normal on your coin. Thus why I question this as not being a Cud. If it lifts slightly, leave it there. It would be a struck through debris on the coin.
