Hi the torch on a 1968-S Proof reverse Roosevelt dime is strong and well defined on this 1970 D Roosevelt dime....tried making the comparison, but your knowledge will be well appreciated.
Thanks CCF.

Well if they are not BU, the CPG doesn't show a value for them except in MS-65 for $1 for the normal one.

What timing, I was just researching these as I was going thru my dimes.... They seem to be quite common. Either that or I got a lucky batch of them in a couple of my bu rolls, and not just 1 date either.

To be clear, they just have to have the deep grooves in the flame, right?

Correct. But they are not a premium coin unless they are BU. (probably semi common is circulated coins state)
