Hi all,

Could this be an error coin or is this post mint damage? Opinions? Loading up my dime book and came across this one upon closer inspection.

I don't think that this is an example of a strike through but rather a scratch as noted by @gc.

Given the somewhat low resolution photos posted, I'm thinking PMD scratch/gouge.
