coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/22/2020 05:26 am Probably what you are seeing is die chips, that leaves raised bumps on the design features on the face. We've seen before and I attribute this to wrong tempering of the dies that were quenched too soon making the dies brittle, breaking away leaving voids on the dies, leaving raised chips on the coins.
