1964-D Washington Quarter. Need Help.

At first I though laminate problem on reverse at rim and right set of leaves. Right set of leaves at stem looks like a laminate problem. But the rim at two places not sure. The larger one is peeling or ? On Cudsoncoins there's a coin with rim Cud. Picture included. Would that be similar to what I have? Report this Post to the Staff

I'm not convinced that this is what is going on with this quarter though. Rather some of the silver may have been partially peeled over onto itself. I'm not sure about this though and would like to see what others think.
