Hello Folks, this Coin came from an OBW roll. There seems to be something coming out of the bottom of the D. I could not match it up with any of the known rpm's from VV. There were 5 or 6 other Coins with this same MM in the roll. Thanks for any help!

You need to check Wexler and CC also. It is a SD, but I am not seeing a RPM.

I think I have a roll of these. I bought it off ebay as a RPM roll, but it was not a RPM.

I think it may just be a die gouge? I find them pretty neat and I'm going to keep them. I made this post about half way through the roll after I came across 5 or 6 of them, I ended up getting about 12/14 of them by the time I got to the end of the roll. The roll did produce about 10 Coins with actual rpm's.

Probably a die scratch that was large at one time, not it is just hanging in there, protected by the mintmark. (Die scratches fade fast out in the open fields, but last a lot longer near a device. Even longer if they are inside of the a device.

Here is an example I found years ago and thought it was a RPM:

Note how much stronger the die scratch is on the center of the mintmark? Weaker at the top and still visible below the mintmark.

Yep. The Coins that had that MM are covered in die scratches.
