I think I can juuuust see it . Even if it was totally missing it would not have a premium,IMHO.

If the mintmark location is the same as this coin:
1969-D-Lincoln-Memorial-Penny--No-
Then it maybe the same as the missing roof and the missing 'FG' before they were fully polished off? The angle of the 'D' looks different.
