No that is from a VLDS die that struck your coin. Also the coin is highly circulated and during the strike, some the devices had an issue with the dies filled with grease. (Top of the drum area) You can see where there are coin scratches from vending machine damage on the Quarter Dollar area. Just a spender coin. "Keep the best, spend the rest."
