This is why YouTube should be taken with a grain of salt. Die Deterioration is not an error, it's a die event. Die cracks, chips, DDD, extreme metal flow lines etc, can all be caused from worn/deteriorated dies, but are not errors. Just simply a product of worn dies. Some bring small premiums (some larger/well placed die cracks, chips) while most others do not.

Can you post a picture of obverse? Could be an early onset of "detail-erasing die wear", only documented on two Harpers Ferry Quarters. There is also the possibility it is simply Die Deterioration & nothing more. Would need some die markers to rule out either or. Interesting? Yes. Error? Not in my book.

I believe your coin was on its way to severe die wear but not quite there yet. There were some examples from that year that were found with extreme unprecedented die wear, and these are worth a premium:

Yours does not seem to be this severe, but the die was on its way.
