What do you all make of this error? Is this a lam. error by itself, a lam. error with a strike through, or something else? Trying to figure out how something like this would happen and what is the probable story behind it. Thanks for any replies!

@sp, it looks most like mechanical damage to me rather than a mint error, but let's see what others think.
