Ethan Parmet New Member United States 39 Posts	Posted 10/28/2020 3:04 pm I think it is tarnish. It was in one of those acidic paper 1960's Whitman folders, and I assume it wasn't stored in the best conditions. I bought it for around a buck at a coin shop, and some of the other coins had a similar tarnish. Don't remember much, because it was like a year ago or something. Report this Post to the Staff
