Holy crap that's beautiful, I think it may have gotten a 64bn but it deserves a 65 for that color

i despise grading from truview as they really dont represent the coin in hand. saying that, the coin is well struck. I am noticing a few marks across the cheek and hair areas. if this is in fact the actual color then eye appeal would be an AVG+. however toning can sometimes hide things from the camera. I think it would come in at MS65BN but PCGS may have bumped it to a 66 for the eye appeal

It really does have an ethereal nebulosity look to it. I'll say it's a gorgeous coin, and also like panzaldi these trueviews are tough to grade from, the coins are pumped up looking, not that that's a bad thing, just tough for a true grade to be asses from a photo IMO.

MS64BN but because it has extraordinary eye appeal I think PCGS gives it a MS65+RB

I'm going with a 66bn, because I have had coins with toning get higher grades than I normally would have expected.

That is a hammer strike. I know 09 VDBs tend to be good strikes but that one is on a fresh die with optimal spacing. The detail on that coin is, imho, as good as a Proof.
