Hello All. This coin seems to have a few things going on. But I am not sure of the terminology. If is un-centered, or off centered, broadstrike, I do believe there is a split plating issue on reverse. I would appreciate any feedback.

It's a misaligned die in combination with an uncentered broadstrike. As is usually the case with such combos, both errors lie along the same axis. Why this pattern exists isn't clear.

I do not have a micrometer, but it appears to be ever so slightly larger in diameter.
