This coin has been two coins in it's life. The host coin looks to be a Philip IV maravedis of some kind, With a castle obverse and a lion reverse. I'm not sure what it has been made into but it's probably another denomination(later) of Maravedis.
The 160x (1600?) date is probably original; the 1652/1662 date (IIRC, 1652 is expected) is a counterstamp, certifying a value of (probably) 4 maravedis.
That said, I'm not exactly an expert on Spanish coinage - I've just seen a bunch of similar coins attributed on CCF.
