Well it looks like a lamination problem on the 54, Machine Doubling on the 35 and 37, the other I don't know.

1954 - Lamination peel.
1935 - Machine Doubling.
1937 - master die doubling.

the other is cropped too closely for anyone to render an educated opinion.
