What you ahve is 100% mint made. The lines are on the planchets and a complete strike will obliterate them. The places where you have lines are places where there is bare, unstruck planchet.

My best opinion is that you have a very soft strike, possibly a die trial strike, but they are usually softer than this one. I highly doubt it has anything to do with obstruction such as grease - just no evidence of it.
