I am still quite new in recognizing errors on coins. Are any of the following photos a possible doubled die ( Washington quarter)?

Not seeing any doubled dies,MD. FYI: a doubled die is not an error,it is a variety.

Read this thread and you will learn more about the differences between doubled dies and Machine Doubling. It is long, but has lots of images to show what to look for. "The "spread" on a doubled die:
