I would like opinions on RPM. Plus what's up with #9? Upper outside curve and maybe the tail of #5?
Thanks for looking.

That looks like light circulation damage to me.

There is a slight amount of Machine Doubling on the upper loop of the mintmark. Note the '9' and '5' on the fifth image is affected the same as the mintmark on the same area. The clutter in the lower loop of the mintmark is from a damaged punch. When you look at the V.V page of RPM's see this this area affected a lot that year on the mintmark punch damage. When a RPM is listed the mintmark pucnch damage doesn't count, as it is on all the other normal dies as well.On the third image it looked at first like there was a split lower serif, but the other images of that area doesn't show it. I find the '54' devices do look intereting, but I don't see a DDO listed for this die. (It maybe too minor) Most of the DDO's on coppercoins and V.V show a mark below the lower left cross bar on the '4', but yours doesn't have it. The shape of the '4' I find the most interesting. The upright looks lightly tilted. But looking at the PCGS website, the first example I found showed the same thing. So it maybe normal for that year. (bummer)
