1921-D Possible Unicorn D VAM-1n3 (Hit List 40) Need Help Here!

I was just going through some of my Morgans and
found this one.
Did a check on the die crack break guide on the VAM site.
It appears that all the markers are present with the major one in United on the D that appears to be fairly wide forming the so called "Unicorn D"

Is this considered to be popular amongst VAM collectors and is it worth submitting to a TPG and which one.
The coin is probably a high AU to low end MS condition type coin. Any assistance is greatly appreciated....Thanks!
