I can see some die clash or stamp from another coin on this one but it is hard to determine and trace the lines - there not too obvious. Is there any washable substance or powder I could use?

Might be a clash.

Have you looked here for overlays of clashed dies?

Ok. I will not clean. There some wavy lines around "one dollar" which are more visible and have more curves. Some across the top left wing which also have some volume. Some are less visible in-between "united and eagle. And there the spike on the neck of the eagle also.
I might try to post some more pictures, but it hard to do - need twenty with different angle of light:)
