jpbone Pillar of the Community United States 1959 Posts	Posted 11/16/2020 11:45 am Between the "E" and the "A" on reverse and between the bottom two stars on the obverse. If the coins die is rotated this could be possible. If the dies are aligned properly this is not a hole. It sure looks possible to me though. Misaligned dies were not uncommon back then.
