A die chip for sure and as such should qualify as an IIB, since it falls between the I & B.
No 1978d-IIF-3 (at Cuds-on-coins) or for the 1970's at all.

Petespockets55 Before I had posted, I was looking at the LDB3 1958 and it's a lil similar to mine but I have more copper running down the B.
