I would like to see full photos of the obverse and reverse but going by the pics provided,yes, it is the 1988 D FS-901. Rare, and if the rest of the cent matches the pics provided it is pretty valuable. I have found three. It also appears to be die #4.
Thats a beauty. Worth a very nice premium. My advice, send it in to a TPG and have it graded. For one in that condition it would be worth it. It worth not a penny less than $250 for a cent in lesser condition. Yours will be worth more than that. Great addition to your collection.
Thanks for taking the time to look at it for me, I've been looking at pennies all day and was going a little crossed eyed so I wasn't really sure if I found one. I'm so excited! Definitely going to get it graded now and go from there!
