It appears to be from Ionia, Smyrna (2nd Century BC), Silver Tetradrachm, turreted head of Tyche, civic inscription in a wreath on the reverse.

The surfaces are quite rough, which I find concerning. @jake can you please add the weight and maybe a pic of the edge to this thread too? Thx.

Agreed with @Spence - this looks cast. A photo of the edge would help, but I am leaning heavily toward a reproduction.
