1899 P Morgan With Odd H Mark On Face?

enzeno Valued Member United States 72 Posts	Posted 11/10/2020 12:21 pm Hello! Hope all is well with everyone! I wanted some opinions on what these marks may be - if anything. The appear to be raised, as if it was a larger stamp that would have depressed the background - however that just seems unlikely. Also the marks seem hap-hazard - but the way they looked raised around the very fine lines caught my eye. Thought I would throw it out there to see if anyone had seen something like this before.
