US coins are intended to show each side correctly when flipped top-to-bottom. Canadian coins will show correctly when flipped side-to-side (medal turn).

1. Coins aren't printed

2. What do you mean by "upside-down"? All US coins are meant to have the obverse and reverse at 180° angles, so upside down would mean they're actually struck right side up with respect to each other.

3. Agree with the other comments. Need pictures.
