It is a 1960-D Small date cent. The reverse is showing a die chip. The Small Denver cents are about 50% of small and large date, so no premium for these. There are several RPM on these, but more RPMs on the large date cents. The 1960 Small date Philadelphia coins are the premium for this year. The tops of the devices on this years cents show some ejection doubling: Marks on them exiting the chamber, that damaged them. I found several of these in a bag once. All were not the same, thus I determined they were altered on the way out. Sometimes ejection damage alters a few devices on the center of the devices: Either by the machine or hitting the coins container.
