First post, but have lurked and used the forums in the past. I have searched and haven't found much if anything on this particular error. I have a 08 Arizona Denver Mint Quarter that appears to be missing the initials below the cactus. The coin overall is not prestine and wouldnt receive a very good grade through any service. The is a substance across the front of the coin that takes away value. I have attached the image from my scope showing the "error" what do you think I should do with this coin aside from keeping it in my collection? is it a recognized error?
