That is 100% PMD, these are just nicks on the coins from wear and tear.

If you our so dead set on being correct, don't ask for our help, we know what we are talking about and some of us have decades of experience with coins. We know your coin isn't an error, and if you don't want to accept it, have fun trying to sell those. But I don't feel like wasting my time trying to help someone who asked, and getting nothing but rejection in return. We are here to help, not to always 'be wrong'.

I'm not seeing a mint error--given the photos posted so far. If you submit the coin to a third party grading/attribution service, please lot us know what the results are. Thanks.
