I have a 1904 DDO but only on the date, is it the same thing as this?

Not a DDO and not Longacre Doubling. The date was added to the die by hand until 1909 (Just like mintmarks up until 1989), so we can rule them out.

This is a repunched date (RPD). Specifically RPD-003 / Snow-1: https://www.indianvarieties.com/cen...904-rpd-003/
