So I recently purchased the new 2020 WW2 Silver Eagle from the mint. I had the coin sold on ebay before I ever received it. As soon as it arrived to my house I immediately printed a label from ebay and stuck it on the original mint box and mailed it to the new owner. They received it today and now they have filed a return request due to a "smudge" on the coin and it is not the item they requested. I never promised a MS70 coin and I clearly stated no returns (which I know is worthless). Do I have a leg to stand on as far as not accepting this return? I did nothing wrong and 100% delivered what I promised.

No leg to stand on if sold on ebay.

Well... selling something you do not even own yet, or have even set eyes on yourself... seems risky. Sort of reminds me of selling a car to someone when you haven't even driven it yourself yet, know if it is mechanically sound, and/or don't even have the title to it.

BUT that is just one person's opinion, and I am not a coin re-seller.

Just my So-What-Should-I-Do-With-This-Return-Request...

I'd like to see your listing first.
But actually, no matter what, ebay will uphold the return.
Obviously you never had a picture in your listing.
