Found this going through my fathers collection I inherited, I haven't been able to find much about it and am wondering if I have a D/D/D or maybe something else. Forgive me I don't know much about coins but I've tried looking this one up wo success. Thanks for your time

Note all the areas you are looking at are:
1. On the outside edge of the devices. (Possibly other areas on the coin on that area, may show more of the same thing?)
2. Note the mintmark is showing reduction of the mintmark on that side along with flattening and removal of te contour on that side of the mintmark.
3. The lighting is too low of an angle that spotlights one area and shadows the other side. (The light need to be higher more central located)
4. The two steps are caused by a very loose machine that allowed a lot of movement after the strike.
