1967-Quarter-With-A-What-Looks-Like-A-Mint-On-The-Back. I found this on a 1967 Washington quarter, it looks like an o or a zero to me, my son says its a scratch what do you think?

@tina, first welcome to CCF. Second, I think that your son is correct. It certainly is mostly round, but that is displaced metal surrounding a gouge in this coin.
