Hello! First post!

Not very familiar with anything besides US coins
so figured I'd extend the question to the more experienced

Just pulled this coin out my change. Someone must've thought it was a quarter :?

Looks like some serious doubling all around her silhouette

But others seem to have it also. Does this looks like a Double Die?
