Hello!

I just found this 5 peseta 1975 (79 in star) from Spain. The coin shows some "doubling" on the date and on some of the letters (see picture). Just wondering what this is, technically speaking.

As my experience with errors on coins is very limited, I am humbling asking the experts for their opinion. Is this simple damage or is it adding any value to this otherwise common coin?
