I want to sell this error coin, but have no idea of it's value. Can anyone give some advice? Scan doesn't show it, but it does have a full horn.

I do not see anything that looks like an error, all I see is a circular gouge

I agree. The reverse is damaged from a Coin Wrapping Machine. This coin was the end coin in a roll that was shotgun wrapped. This is a paper roll that has the ends rolled over so you can see the coins on both ends. As the machine spins to roll over the end it sometimes gouges the end coin. Commercial coin companies that process coins for banks have machines like this. Sorry.
