These false columns are on the dies. When they are fresh they show find. But as the dies get polished away, then they are altered. There a 4 that are normal design to show the columns behind them as part of the look compared with the Memorial building: They are normal. After these listing are the beginning of the 'Bar' cents. So seeing these listing side by side, it appears the single squeeze process started that year on the reverse dies. (Something I've not noticed before)
